Value Connect's mobile app, crafted for mortgage appraisers to seamlessly streamline their appraisal inspections. This solution consolidates the inspection process into a single, user-friendly mobile app, changing the way professionals in the field operate.

When I took the reins as the lead Product Designer, I inherited the original mobile designs and worked on implementing new designs to change the overall look and feel. Through collaborative efforts with end-users, we established a comprehensive framework for the app, incorporating key features identified as essential by both users and project stakeholders.

Navigating the challenges of a project inherited from a predecessor, I spearheaded the development efforts, overseeing a talented team from an overseas development company. Juggling responsibilities, workload, and time management were integral to ensuring the success of this endeavor, considering the scale of our company.

Throughout the design process, Figma emerged as the primary tool for creating and iterating on the app's design. This platform not only facilitated the design phase but also played a pivotal role in seamless collaboration and handoff between design and development teams.
